Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon for a General Manager – Sales / Sales Manager. The role involves leading sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and forging strong client and developer relationships. The individual will oversee and train sales teams, manage project portfolios, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives. Additional responsibilities include market research, identifying new business opportunities, and driving organizational growth by achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Possess strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills to achieve organizational targets.
• Experience in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams effectively.
• Proficiency in market research, analysis, and strategy development in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram/NCR .
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications or experience in real estate consultancy will be advantageous.
