Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by managing and nurturing client relationships, setting and achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales executives. The role includes overseeing sales processes, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to attract new clients while retaining existing ones. Collaboration with the design and project teams to fulfill client requirements is also key to this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management from the related industry - Corporate Interiors / Corporate Real Estate.
• Strong skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Sales Target Achievement
• Knowledge of Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in the interior design or real estate sector is a must.
