General Manager

We’re Hiring: General Manager | Based in Singapore

Are you a visionary leader with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence? We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead our team in Singapore, oversee daily operations, and deliver long-term value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and logistics

Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Build and manage high-performing teams and foster a positive company culture

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and quality standards

Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Represent the company in external partnerships, negotiations, and strategic alliances

Requirements:

Based in Singapore with valid work authorization

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior leadership roles

Strong background in operations, strategy, team leadership, and financial oversight

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling businesses

Preferred Experience:

Experience in [your industry: e.g. eCommerce, Manufacturing, Logistics, F&B, Tech, etc.]

Familiarity with regional (APAC) or global markets

Strong network within the Singaporean and Southeast Asian business community
