📢 We’re Hiring: General Manager – Juna Mahal Ranthambore


Victora Hospitalities Private Limited


Role Overview:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, strong financial performance, and high employee engagement. The GM will implement strategies aligned with the property’s vision and drive sustainable growth while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Business Management

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Monitor performance regularly and adjust strategies to maximise results.
  • Develop annual operating and capital budgets, and secure approvals from the management.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams and other company properties to leverage resources, drive revenues, and enhance operational efficiency.


Operational Excellence & Revenue Growth

  • Direct hotel operations to achieve profitability, customer service, and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and public relations strategies to maximise market penetration.
  • Analyse business results and implement corrective actions to continuously improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations and brand standards.


Employee Engagement & Human Resources Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and professional growth.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to maximise employee potential.
  • Foster a collaborative, diverse, and supportive work environment.


Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver unparalleled guest experiences through the implementation of luxury service standards.
  • Develop systems for guest feedback and ensure timely and effective resolution of concerns.
  • Equip employees with training, tools, and an environment that encourages exceptional service and teamwork.


Key Success Indicators:

  • Financial performance: GOP, RevPAR, and total revenues.
  • Guest satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
  • Employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance with brand and operational standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum

    10 years of senior hotel leadership experience

    .
  • 3–5 years of previous General Manager experience

    in a full-service hotel.
  • Experience in

    upper-upscale or luxury properties

    preferred.
  • Proven leadership, results-oriented, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and create a supportive work environment.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
