Job Description – Personal Assistant to MD Position Overview: The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring smooth coordination of personal, professional, and travel-related activities. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and driving skills, along with attention to detail in managing schedules, logistics, and personal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Driving & Vehicle Management 1.1. Ensure safe and proper driving of all vehicles assigned to the MD. 1.2. Maintain cleanliness of the car(s) on a daily basis. 1.3. Keep track of all vehicle-related documents (insurance, tax, pollution certificates, fitness, etc.) and renewals before expiry. 1.4. Report and coordinate timely maintenance and servicing of vehicles. 1.5.
