Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Expand the company’s domestic and international market presence through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and OEMs.
• Formulate pricing, negotiation, and brand positioning strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business intelligence for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with top management on new product development, market diversification, and business expansion.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting systems, and structured review mechanisms for the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, preferably in stainless steel / metal / engineering products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of industrial distribution channels and project-based sales.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, result-oriented approach.
• MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred.
