Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of NEXGeN 360 Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and the ability to drive performance across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency.
• Lead, motivate, and guide teams (social media, SEO, content, design, client servicing).
• Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
• Business & Client Management
• Ensure smooth client onboarding, servicing, and satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement business strategies for growth and brand visibility.
• Oversee campaign execution, timelines, and quality standards.
• Operational Excellence
• Ensure all teams meet deadlines and project goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and agency profitability.
• Implement processes for efficiency and workflow optimization.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Analyze business performance and suggest improvements.
• Provide insights to the management for better decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in managerial/leadership roles (preferably in Digital Marketing).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
