General Manager

AuRevoir Wellness Resort is a leading resort destination offering premium hospitality, exceptional service, and a memorable guest experience. We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our resort operations, ensuring excellence across all departments and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all resort departments — Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Accounts, HR, and Sales.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback with professionalism.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth, occupancy improvement, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and train departmental heads and team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control operational expenses.
• Maintain strong vendor, government, and tourism board relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Prepare periodic reports and present them to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in resort or hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and maintain operational excellence.
• Sound knowledge of PMS, inventory, and front office management systems.
• Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
