GM/AVP-Financial Reporting Location: Mumbai, India One of India’s leading fintech companies , is seeking a skilled and experienced GM-Financial Reporting . who shall play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process , ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. Prepare and review financial statements in line with Ind AS and statutory requirements. Coordinate and lead statutory and internal audits , ensuring all timelines and data requests are met with quality and completeness. Maintain Risk Control Matrices and ensure internal controls over financial reporting are effective Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies including MCA, GST, and income tax authorities. Conduct financial reviews and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Strengthen and maintain robust internal financial controls and identify process optimization opportunities. Liaise with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and legal to ensure accurate and timely financial information flow. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting. Strong command of Ind AS , including application, disclosure requirements, and updates. Experience in managing audit processes, finalization of accounts , and regulatory filings. Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle. Show more Show less
