About the Role We are seeking candidates for the following positions: Financial Analyst - minimum experience 2 Years Sr. Analyst - minimum experience 3-5 Years Assistant Manager - 6+ years of experience Location : Pune, Mumbai Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial targets and business priorities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support business planning cycles. Partner with sales teams to structure commercial deals with a sound understanding of the domestic market and risk. Develop and evaluate business cases, providing balanced and conservative financial perspectives. Build robust financial models to support investment decisions, commercial strategies, and profitability analysis. Drive core FP&A activities, including variance analysis, management reporting, and long-term planning. Coordinate business operations and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication. Manage key projects, including project charters and execution alignment. Qualifications: CA, MBA or CMA Required Skills: Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling. Ability to interpret business needs and assess risk from a domestic market standpoint. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Experience working closely with sales and operational teams. Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. Preferred Skills: Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
