We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Agricultural Wing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing agricultural production, business development, and strategic planning while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all agricultural operations.
• Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and operational strategies.
• Oversee crop planning, production, harvesting, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor teams, including farm managers, agronomists, and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with all agricultural regulations and sustainability practices.
• Analyze market trends to drive innovation and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and government bodies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or related field.

1+ years of progressive experience in
