We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee all operations of our multi-facility sports club. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, educated, and fluent in English, with strong leadership skills and a passion for sports and fitness. They must have proven ability to create effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating across departments, maintaining high service standards, optimizing bookings, handling customer relations, and driving overall growth. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking full ownership of a vibrant sports environment, we want to hear from you.
