General Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Business Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our warehouse business. This is not just a job – it’s a leadership role where you will take full ownership and drive excellence across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations – leasing agreements, tenant relations, facility maintenance, and security.

• Client acquisition & retention – attract new clients through cold calling, online postings, and relationship building while maintaining high occupancy rates.

• Financial management – budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, and ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Tally Expertise – maintain accurate accounts using Tally software.
• Online presence & marketing – list warehouse services on websites and research potential business opportunities.
• Client communication – handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally via calls and email.
• Compliance & safety – conduct regular inspections to meet safety and maintenance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Tally software for accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, TDS, and income tax filing.
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Excellent email communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to research and identify business opportunities.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on excellence.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
