Front Desk Receptionist

We're Hiring: Front Desk & Calling Assistant Location: Tesseract Sports Club Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Join our premium sports club and become the first point of contact for our growing community! Role Overview: We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Front Desk & Calling Assistant to handle daily operations and client communication. You’ll work closely under the guidance of the club manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent member engagement. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in members and guests at the front desk Handle basic operational tasks as directed by your manager Make outgoing calls for: Care Calling – checking in on existing members Feedback Collection – gathering insights after sessions or events Lead Follow-Ups – reaching out to potential members from Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms I deal Candidate: Has good communication skills in English and Hindi Friendly, proactive, and organized Comfortable using phone, CRM systems, and basic computer tools Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus If you love interacting with people and being part of a dynamic sports environment, this is the role for you!
