Role Overview: StepUp Joints is a next-generation chain of premium orthopaedic and rehabilitation clinics, founded and led by AIIMS-trained surgeons. As a Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to partnerships, to establish Step-Up Joints as a leading name in orthopaedics, rehab, and performance wellness. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute online + offline campaigns, including performance ads, content funnels, RWA camps, and sports collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Act as a liaison between the company and creative/digital agencies, ensuring alignment with brand vision and maintaining high execution standards. - Lead content direction, brand narratives, and campaigns to build trust and authority in the healthcare and wellness sector. - Develop partnerships with corporates, RWAs, sports bodies, and sponsors to unlock collaborations and media opportunities. - Introduce innovative campaign concepts, offline events, brand activations, and growth experiments to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. - Implement a robust tracking system to measure ROI and continuously optimize marketing strategies for improved performance. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or premium lifestyle marketing. - Proven track record in integrating digital and offline marketing strategies effectively. - Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to execute marketing initiatives independently. - Experience in managing agencies, partnerships, or sponsorships within healthcare, sports, or wellness sectors. - Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, brand storytelling, and measurable results. - Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems. - Exposure to startup or fast-growing business environments.
