As a Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to partnerships, to establish Step-Up Joints as a leading name in orthopaedics, rehab, and performance wellness. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute online + offline campaigns, including performance ads, content funnels, RWA camps, and sports collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Act as a liaison between the company and creative/digital agencies, ensuring alignment with brand vision and maintaining high execution standards. - Lead content direction, brand narratives, and campaigns to build trust and authority in the healthcare and wellness sector. - Develop partnerships with corporates, RWAs, sports bodies, and sponsors to unlock collaborations and media opportunities. - Introduce innovative campaign concepts, offline events, brand activations, and growth experiments to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. - Implement a robust tracking system to measure ROI and continuously optimize marketing strategies for improved performance. What you’ll own (real, on-ground impact) • Client consultations: conduct one-on-one nutrition assessments (in-person & tele), collect diet histories, and set realistic goals. • Personalised plans: create tailored meal plans and nutrition programmes for patients with orthopedic, rehabilitation, and lifestyle needs. • Monitoring & follow-up: track progress, adjust plans, counsel on compliance, and maintain patient records. • On-ground support: work closely with clinicians and physiotherapists during patient sessions, camps, and workshops. • Community outreach: lead nutrition talks, workshops, and small local events to raise awareness and generate referrals. • Patient education content: prepare simple, shareable nutrition guides, handouts, and short social media posts (occasional content support). Who you are • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (mandatory). • A practical, empathetic communicator who can translate clinical guidance into everyday habits. • Comfortable doing on-ground work — patient sessions, local outreach, and coordination with clinicians. • Organised and reliable with basic record-keeping; familiarity with simple CRM or spreadsheets is a plus. • Preferably based near Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, or able to commute easily to the hub — but we welcome good candidates from across Delhi.
