Guests can also enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious balconies attached to each suite. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Ahmedabad. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction, and leading the hotel staff. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining facilities, developing and implementing policies, and fostering relationships with guests and suppliers. Qualifications Experience in hotel management, hospitality, and customer service Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience with luxury hotels and familiarity with the Ahmedabad market is a plus
