Job Description

As an Industrialization Manager, your role involves defining the industrialization strategy for new product developments and driving decision-making between purchasing or manufacturing to optimize the use of industrial equipment and ensure financial performance. You will also be responsible for defining and evaluating project components such as scope, timeline, costs, resources, and risks. Supporting engineering during the development phase and providing guidance on industrial requirements are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage the implementation and transfer of products from development to full-scale production, which includes defining production lines, implementing SOPs, and industrialization at suppliers. Driving cross-functional teams to ensure proper project execution and managing a team of Industrialization Project leaders are also key aspects of your role. Your qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical/mechanical/industrial) - 5 years of experience in an industrial management position with team management experience - In-depth knowledge and experience in automation in manufacturing processes for high-tech products - Knowledge of mechanical, sheet metal, plastics manufacturing, tooling, etc., including proficiency in GD&T, laser welding, etc. - Strong customer service attitude, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills - Strong team player with self-motivation and leadership capabilities - Good communication skills to effectively describe and understand complex topics - Ability to take direction from multiple sources, prioritize, and multitask under pressure - Ability to think with a global mindset and work with an international, culturally diverse team while fostering trusting relationships with colleagues - Flexibility, as the role offers a fast-paced, exciting atmosphere where you can leverage your entrepreneurial spirit, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn to achieve great results together.
