General Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making ability, and the capacity to manage teams effectively while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all departments and ensure smooth functioning of diagnostic operations.
• Monitor daily performance and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards (NABL/NABH).
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs efficiently.
• Lead and motivate staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clients, and other healthcare partners.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound understanding of healthcare operations, quality systems, and customer service standards.
