Job Description

As an Industrialization Manager, your role will involve defining the industrialization strategy for new product developments and driving decision-making between purchasing and manufacturing to optimize the use of industrial equipment and ensure financial performance. You will be responsible for evaluating project components such as scope, timeline, costs, resources, and risks, as well as providing guidance on industrial requirements during the development phase. Additionally, you will manage the implementation and transfer of products from development to full-scale production, including defining production lines, implementing SOPs, and overseeing industrialization at suppliers. You will also lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and manage a team of Industrialization Project leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Define industrialization strategy for new product developments - Drive decision making between purchasing or manufacturing (Make or Buy) - Evaluate project components: scope, timeline, costs, resources, risks, etc. - Support engineering during development phase and provide guidance on industrial requirements - Manage implementation and transfer of products to full-scale production - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure proper project execution - Manage a team of Industrialization Project leaders Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical/mechanical/industrial) - 5 years in industrial management position with team management experience - In-depth knowledge and experience in Automation for manufacturing processes - Knowledge of Mechanical, Sheet Metal, Plastics manufacturing, tooling, GD&T, laser welding, etc. - Strong customer service attitude, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills - Strong team player with leadership capabilities - Good communication skills for complex topics - Ability to prioritize, multi-task under pressure, and take direction from multiple sources - Ability to work with a global mindset and foster relationships with an international team - Flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit, proactive nature, and willingness to learn for achieving great results together In conclusion, this role offers a fast-paced and exciting environment where you can utilize your industrial management expertise to drive successful project outcomes.,
