We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making ability, and the capacity to manage teams effectively while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all departments and ensure smooth functioning of diagnostic operations. Monitor daily performance and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards (NABL/NABH). Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs efficiently. Lead and motivate staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clients, and other healthcare partners. Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and ethical standards. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Sound understanding of healthcare operations, quality systems, and customer service standards.
