Non-Ferrous (Aluminium)

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Execution & Growth

  • Drive sales of Aluminium products across targeted customer segments and regions. 
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, volume, and margin targets through strategic sales planning and execution. 
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies, account penetration plans, and high-value deal closures. 

 

Market Development & Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key OEMs, manufacturers, traders, and industrial consumers. 
  • Lead new business acquisition efforts, tapping into emerging industries and applications for Aluminium/non-ferrous metals. 
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering technical solutions and reliable service. 

 

Operational & Commercial Oversight

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and post-sales support. 
  • Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, and CRM systems to enhance visibility and accountability. 
  • Monitor receivables, enforce credit discipline, and ensure timely collections. 

 

Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

  • Track global and domestic trends in copper and lead markets—pricing, demand-supply shifts, policy changes, and competitor strategies. 
  • Provide actionable insights to shape product strategy, customer engagement, and business growth plans. 
  • Identify opportunities for value-added offerings and process improvements. 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Science). MBA from Tier 2/Tier 3 institute is preferred. 
  • Experience:

    2–5 years of relevant sales experience in the non-ferrous metals sector, especially copper and lead. 
  • Expertise:

    Demonstrated success in B2B industrial sales, key account management, and driving growth in commodity-based businesses. 
  • Skills:

    Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, communication, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
