General Manager - Sales

Strategic Planning:

• Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Setting sales targets and quotas for the sales team.

Team Management:

• Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Coaching and mentoring sales representatives to improve individual performance.
• Motivating the sales team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

Sales Operations:

• Managing the sales pipeline, identifying potential leads and opportunities.
• Overseeing sales forecasting and reporting to track progress towards goals.
• Monitoring sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Customer Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively
• Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients

Budget Management:

• Managing the sales budget and allocating resources efficiently
• Analyzing sales costs and identifying areas for cost optimization

Collaboration:

• Working closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
• Coordinating with other departments like operations and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful sales leadership in a similar role
• Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
