Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to expand market reach and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team for optimum performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and present business insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, regulations, and sales practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
