Position: General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations and Sales, drive strategic growth, and maintain our commitment to quality and sustainability in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with Cappacale's mission

- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

- Oversee overall business performance and drive continuous improvement

2. Operations Management

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations

- Optimize production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency

- Implement best practices in spice processing and packaging

- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

3. Sales and Business Development

- Design and execute sales strategies to expand market reach

- Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers, and retail partners

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets

- Explore new market opportunities and product diversification

4. Team Management

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

- Implement performance management systems

- Resolve complex operational and interpersonal challenges

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sector

- Strong preference for experience in organic food products

- Proven track record in supply chain management

- Extensive knowledge of FMCG production processes

- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Technical Skills

- Advanced understanding of supply chain dynamics

- Proficiency in production management software

- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: ₹35,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum

- Age: Below 50 years

- Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Cochin, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
