Job Description

I. Sales Strategy, Revenue Planning & Business Growth
Develop yearly, quarterly, monthly revenue forecasts aligned with businessobjectives and project launch plans. Strategically plan pricing, discount authority and inventory liquidationapproach. Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategy for eachmicr-market. Drive digital\-driven sales pipeline in collaboration with marketing team. Align sales targets to project execution milestones for predictable cash flow. Primary Annual Target 100% Sell\-through within planned timeline II. Team Leadership, Direction & Capability Building Lead and mentor multi\-level sales teams across active project sites. Ensure clear KPI alignment for all roles: leads site visits bookings collections.
