Business Development & Sales Strategy
Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities in Contract Logistics (B2B warehousing, distribution, and value-added services).
Design and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the client base across regions.
Prepare high-impact commercial proposals, RFQs/RFIs/RFPs, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.
Client Relationship Management
Engage with CXO/SCM-level stakeholders to present logistics solutions and value propositions.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client supply chain needs and propose warehousing and distribution models accordingly.
Solution Design & Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with solution design, operations, and engineering teams to create scalable and cost-effective logistics solutions.
Coordinate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align offerings with business capabilities and contractual obligations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity dashboards to leadership
