We are now looking for GM Sales with following Job Description: Key Responsibilities – Strategic Account Acquisition – Target and secure large corporates (5,000+ employees/high spend) in govt. & private sectors with tailored penetration strategies. Relationship Management – Build CXO-level ties (CFOs, CHROs, procurement/finance heads) and coordinate with SBI LHOs/RBOs. Tender & Proposal Management – Identify, draft, and submit tenders, proposals, and solution presentations aligned with corporate and SBI requirements. Onboarding & Implementation – Manage end-to-end onboarding, approvals, applications, and post-sign-up support. Revenue & Targets – Achieve account acquisition, issuance, and revenue goals with accurate forecasting and pipeline management. As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to acquire new corporate clients in the Delhi NCR region and educate them about SBI prepaid card solutions. You will be conducting in-person product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and providing training to corporate decision-makers and their employees. Additionally, you will be working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth KYC processes and card issuances. - Visit corporate prospects in the assigned territory to present SBI prepaid card solutions. - Deliver in-person product demonstrations and presentations to corporate decision-makers. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new corporate clients and their employees. - Provide live training and support for using the customer portal and mobile app. - Coordinate with SBI branches and internal teams for KYC and card issuance. - Serve as the primary field contact for customer support and relationship management. - Maintain regular visit schedules to key accounts to strengthen relationships and resolve queries. - Achieve business and revenue targets through field outreach and pipeline management. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SBIs prepaid offerings. - Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and relevant activations in the region. - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in the field and manage a regional client base. - Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude. - Familiarity with digital financial products is a plus.,
