Job Description:
-Individual performance along with team performance-Revenue Generation and team handling so he/she should be able to work with people and at the same time, should be very hands-on-Working in direction for achieving the set targets-Encourage team for visit and closures-Individual/ Team targets to be achieved-Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential clients-Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

An ideal candidate for us:
Mandatory experience of minimum 7 years in sales-Excellence in real estate with a positive attitude and team playing ability-Establishing an instant rapport with clients-Good communication and negotiation skills-Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
