General Manager (Projects)

We are looking for an experienced General Manager (Projects) in civil engineering with 15+ years’ experience in high-rise construction. The candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality completion while managing teams and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple high-rise projects from start to handover.
• Plan schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Improve processes and adopt new technologies.
• Maintain client relations and resolve issues.
• Control costs, material usage, and resource allocation.
• Mentor team members and manage work distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, HR).

Qualifications:

• B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years’ experience in high-rise projects, including finishing and handover.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, and rate analysis.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with contract management, safety codes, and engineering standards.
