Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the company's construction strategy in alignment with overall organizational goals.

- Provide vision and direction to the construction division, driving innovation and operational excellence.

2. Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule parameters.

- Collaborate with project managers to resolve challenges and ensure quality standards are met.

4. Financial Management:

- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

5. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing construction team.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the construction division.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction activities.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices.

7. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, implementing effective risk management strategies.

- Monitor industry trends and emerging risks that may impact construction operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

- Extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.

- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations, trends, and technologies.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Financial acumen and budget management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
