General Manager (Projects)

JD & RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead & execute Multiple Projects in Project Management division to ensure successful delivery of turnkey interior fit out projects, Meeting client expectation & driving business growth.

I PROJECT STRATEGY & EXECUTION

1. Develop & implement Strategic Plans for efficient project execution, ensuring adherence to time lines, budgets & quality standards.

2. Execution of end to end project Life cycles including, planning design coordination, procurement coordination, construction & handover

II PROCESS OPTIMISATION & BEST PRACTICES

1. Establish & improve the project mgt processes to enhance efficiency, consistency & effectiveness across all projects.

2. Identify & implement industry best practices to evaluate project delivery & client satisfaction

III TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

1. Lead a team of Project Managers, APM, Support Staff, Vendors providing guidance, coaching and mentorship for professional growth.

2. Foster a collaborative & positive Team environment, encouraging team work and promoting a culture of excellence.

IV CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

1. Collaborate closely with cross functional team including Design, Procurement, Execution with MEP Services to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with Client requirement.

2. Facilitate effective communication & documentation to drive successful project outcomes

V CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MGT.

1. Cultivate & maintain strong client relationship, understanding their needs, expectations & feedback to deliver exceptional service and secure future business opportunities

2. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and proactively managing the expectations.

VII FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

1. Manager project budgets, track expenses and ensure financial viability of projects through cost control & adherence to approved budget

2. Conduct period quality audit & reviews to continuously improve project outcomes and client’s satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,209,058.64 per year
