Job Summary:


Pre-opening


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership:

    Provide visionary leadership to establish and implement the hotel’s strategic goals, aligning with the brand’s standards and market positioning.
  • Operational Management:

    Oversee daily hotel operations including rooms, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
  • Guest Experience:

    Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, analyzing guest feedback, and implementing service improvements.
  • Financial Management:

    Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to achieve revenue targets, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Sales & Marketing:

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive room sales, banquet sales, and F&B promotions. Contribute to developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Staff Development:

    Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety, and hygiene standards, including health and safety protocols.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, vendors, and the local community.
  • Brand Standards:

    Implement and uphold the hotel brand’s policies, procedures, and standards across all departments.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service enhancements through innovation and best practices.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Pre-opening experience will be an addition.
  • Strong preference for candidates currently serving as F&B Directors at renowned hotel companies in India.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements.
