Roles and Responsibility:
● Lead and manage all ongoing projects to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
● Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely purchasing and vendor management.
● Handle key client communications, build strong relationships, and address concerns.
● Work closely with project teams to support daily operations and solve problems.
● Resolve project escalations quickly by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
● Develop and improve company processes for better efficiency and growth.
● Monitor project budgets and report progress to top management.
● Build a strong team environment and encourage collaboration.
● Will be taking care of the projects in the South region predominantly (TN, Andhra, Telangana and Kerala).
Qualification:
● Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Civil or interior and Architect.
● Experience in handling multiple projects in Civil or interiors at a same time and different location.
● Good communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams at once.
● Having experience in developing company progress and policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
