Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee our company’s operations and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience, including international exposure, strong operational knowledge, and proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall business operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and profitability targets.
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control measures.
Supervise and mentor departmental heads and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term strategic plannin

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with overseas experience required.
Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and organizational leadership.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
