Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers who are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in customer outreach, lead generation, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
Explain products or services to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain detailed call logs and reports.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain database and update client information regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
