About the Role As the General Manager of the Porsche Centre, you are the custodian of the brand’s promise in your market. You will hold total P&L accountability, leading a high-performing team across Sales, Aftersales, and Marketing. This role demands a business leader who can master the dualities of business: driving high-velocity sales growth while optimizing the operational rigor. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership Develop and execute the long-term business strategy, annual performance targets, and monthly business plans. Assume full P&L responsibility, managing all revenue streams, gross margins, and operational expenses to ensure sustainable profitability. Deliver Monthly & Quarterly Business Plan commitments in Sales & After Sales Function. Champion the Aftersales department as a critical profit center, monitoring Labor Efficiency, Parts Margin, and Service Productivity. Drive Service Contract and Extended Warranty penetration to enhance Customer Lifetime Value. 2. Operational Excellence & Porsche Standards Implement and monitor internal management systems and business processes to ensure 100% compliance with Porsche Global and Porsche India standards. Drive the standardization of processes across all departments to ensure seamless, high-quality operations. Monitor departmental performance against targets, adjusting strategies in real-time to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded. 3. Customer Experience & Brand Loyalty Establish and sustain an exceptional customer journey, ensuring the highest degree of customer excitement across both Sales and Aftersales. Act as the brand ambassador & maintaining professional relationships with Porsche India and key stakeholders. 4. People & Culture Lead workforce planning and competency development in line with Porsche brand standards. Establish incentive mechanisms that reward excellence and drive departmental synergy. Foster a world-class working environment that enhances both employee engagement and customer retention. The Ideal Candidate Experience: 10+ years in Luxury Automotive Management, with at least 3-5 years in a P&L ownership role (General Manager or Brand Head level). Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of dealership financial statements, cash flow management Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate brand vision into actionable monthly business plans. Education: MBA or equivalent professional degree is preferred. Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams under high-pressure targets.
