Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager - Aftersales at Porsche Centre Bengaluru. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing aftersales customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will coordinate with service teams, handle customer feedback, and develop strategies to improve customer service. The role also involves overseeing the aftersales process to maintain high standards of service and support.
