Job Summary

Banerjee Bajaj is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee overall dealership operations. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations of Sales, Service, Spares, Accounts, and Administration.
• Ensure smooth daily functioning of the dealership in line with company policies and OEM guidelines.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Sales & Marketing Leadership

• Drive two-wheeler sales performance through effective planning, team motivation, and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and brand presence in the Purulia market.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure proper manpower planning, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric work culture.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth understanding of automobile dealership operations.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MIS analysis and financial understanding.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Management or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the automobile industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role (GM / Operations Head preferred).
