To ensure optimum operational efficiency by directing all Executive Committee members and Department Heads, establishing strategies to achieve operational growth, maximize profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high employee morale in alignment with The Pride Group directives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a hotel strategy that aligns with international standards and the brands business strategies.
• Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.

• Operational Management

• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Act as the final authority in all operational, administrative, and functional matters of the hotel.

• Financial Oversight

• Manage the hotel’s budget, financial performance, and profitability, ensuring effective cost control and revenue management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts.

• Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Executive Committee members and Department Heads, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee performance.

• Customer Focus

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest feedback promptly.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience and promote customer loyalty.

• Community Engagement

• Ensure the hotel’s participation in community service events to build teamwork and enhance community relationships.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and community functions.

• Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Promote a safe working environment for all employees and guests.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders
