Job Description

A Quantity Surveyor, also known as a cost consultant, is responsible for managing the cost of construction projects . Their duties included Interior Knowledge . Providing cost and material estimates, drawing up projected budgets, and ensuring building projects remain within budget. Examining and reviewing construction plans, liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders, and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary documents. Providing quantity surveying duties for mechanical, electrical and small refurbishment projects, improving efficiency by ensuring jobs are accurately priced and including for all relevant over heads, assessing the viability of the project after the cost plan has been produced in order to ensure that the client is achieving the best value for money, and tracking all payments made for both labour and materials Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
