• Position: General Manager (Implementation - 15 Years- 20 Years)
• Location: Thane, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Requirement gathering from internal / external stake holders.

2. Gap analysis and solution design.

3. Project and resource planning and tracking of deliverables. Chalking out mitigation plans in case of any hurdles.

4. Review of deliverables to ensure security compliance.

5. Shall hold the ownership of implementation deliveries across the systems.

6. Should provide mentorship and coaching for team managers / leads and assist them in their deliverables.

7. Manage PNL for critical clients.

8. Responsible for ensuring quarterly revenue targets are met.

9. Should take up customer management for business-critical projects.

10.Work towards improving entire project delivery cycle, provide / implement ideas for automation and increasing through put of the team.

Mandatory Skill Set:

1. EFT Switch/ATM Acquiring/Debit Card/POS Acquiring (functional knowledge and exposure).

2. Card issuance cycle for Debit / Prepaid cards, EMV / Contactless.

3. Terminal driving for ATM’s / POS and network certifications.

4. Open API Standards.

5. Project delivery.

6. Adaptability to waterfall / agile delivery frameworks.

7. UPI / IMPS/AEPS.
