About the Role:

General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Ownership:

  Manage overall profitability, unit economics, and cost optimization
  

• Business Strategy:

  Translate vision into clear goals, OKRs, and execution plans
  

• Team Leadership:

  Lead Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams
  

• Operational Excellence:

  Drive process improvements, automation, and KPIs for performance
  

• Growth Execution:

  Own revenue targets, sales strategies, and customer retention plans
  

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  Align marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure synergy
  

• Data-Driven Decisions:

  Regularly review analytics to optimize conversion rates and logistics
  

• Vendor & Partner Management:

  Negotiate and manage key third-party vendors and suppliers
  

• Reporting:

  Provide timely reports and updates to senior leadership/founder
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in operations, business leadership, or P&L ownership roles
  
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive business growth
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
  
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, FMCG, or startup environments is a strong plus
  
• MBA or equivalent business education preferred but not mandatory
