Position: Vice President(Operations & General Management) Location: Panipat Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, collaborate with the executive team on strategic goals, and drive innovation in manufacturing and product development. Oversee R&D and implement innovations in manufacturing processes. Focus on customer demands via efficient operations and delivery. Directly manage production, supply chain, engineering, logistics, and quality. Strong focus on adopting new technologies and process innovation. Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proven senior management experience in manufacturing, preferably in the corrosion protection or related industries.
