Job Title: Customer Service Relationship Executive – NRI Clients Department: Customer Service / NRI Banking Location: [Insert Location] Reports To: NRI Relationship Manager / Branch Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Relationship Executive for NRI clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the service experience of NRI customers by addressing their banking needs, resolving queries, and assisting with product and service offerings. This role is critical in maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our global clientele. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for NRI customers across communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, video calls). Provide prompt and accurate support for account-related queries, fund transfers, remittances, and investment products. Maintain deep knowledge of NRI banking products, services, and compliance requirements . Coordinate with internal departments (operations, remittances, compliance) to resolve service issues efficiently. Assist in onboarding new NRI clients, helping them through the documentation and KYC process. Regularly follow up with existing clients to maintain engagement and understand evolving needs. Upsell and cross-sell relevant banking products tailored to the NRI segment. Track and manage service requests and complaints through CRM tools, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in handling NRI accounts.
