Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. Enhancing Guest Satisfaction Knowledge on products, promotions & offers Upselling of products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe/retail area, including tables, counters, and displays. System handling of billing Inventory management. Handling guest grievance Collaborating with team members to achieve targets. Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately. Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.
