Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. GSA – Front Office (Reception)

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist with check-in, check-out, room assignments, and payments.
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and guest communication.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in PMS (Opera/IDS/Fidelio).
  • Process registrations, ID verification, and billing procedures.
  • Provide hotel information, amenities, and local guidance.
  • Ensure lobby cleanliness and guest comfort.

2. GSA – F&B Service (Restaurant / Banquets)Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and escort them to tables.
  • Present menus, take orders, and serve food & beverages.
  • Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages.
  • Handle billing and payment processing.
  • Assist with buffet setup, clearing, and table turnover.
  • Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.

3. GSA – HousekeepingKey Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
  • Replenish linen, amenities, and supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues to Engineering.
  • Ensure rooms meet hotel hygiene and quality standards.
  • Assist guests with requests such as laundry, extra amenities, etc.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and guest handling skills.
  • Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (for Front Office).
  • Good teamwork and multitasking ability.
  • Attention to detail and grooming standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in hospitality (freshers welcome).
  • Good English communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
