We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Executive to manage day-to-day restaurant operations, stock control, vendor coordination, and customer service at T’Qila (The Qila) . The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and able to handle fast-paced environments. · Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing goods in the hotel's storeroom. · Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using inventory management software. · Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained. · Ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste and spoilage. · Receive deliveries of goods and verify that the delivered items match the purchase orders. · Ensure proper storage of received items to prevent damage or spoilage. · Full-fill internal requisitions from various departments within the Restaurant ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. · Maintain records of items issued to different departments and track usage. · Coordinate with department heads to understand their supply needs and prioritize accordingly. · Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, including receipts, invoices, and requisitions. · Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, finance, and kitchen, to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory control. · Assist colleagues and provide support as needed during peak periods or special events. Requirement: Graduate or hospitality diploma preferred Experience in restaurant/store operations Good communication and team coordination skills Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
