My client one of the largest and fastest growing airports in India is looking for an experienced aviation leader to join them as Head – Airline Marketing (Passenger) . As the General Manager in Aviation Business division , you'll lead the charge in enhancing passenger airline connectivity, building strategic airline relationships, and positioning the Airport as the premier aviation hub for South India. Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic positioning and route development plans to achieve aviation revenue targets. Foster partnerships with domestic and international airlines to develop hub and spoke models. Lead incentive programs, market research, and network expansion initiatives. Collaborate with MoCA, GoK, and trade bodies to influence aviation policy and bilateral negotiations. Build a high-performing business development team and mentor future leaders. What They are Looking For: 7–8 years of relevant experience in airline strategy, network planning, or aviation business development. Management degree in aviation or related field preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and route development tools like MIDT. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
