We’re looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Group Leader to champion the deployment and sustainability across their Global Business Services (GBS) and BPO operations. If you have a passion for driving process excellence, cultural transformation, and continuous improvement at scale—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

® Deploy and embed client process specific methodologies across GBS and BPO teams® Align OpEx initiatives with GBS strategic goals® Coach and mentor frontline managers and tower leads using tools like RCA and Customer Journey Mapping® Standardize operational processes (SOPs, service catalogs)® Use data analytics to drive KPIs, track performance, and identify gaps® Conduct OpEx maturity health checks and implement improvement plans® Act as a strategic partner and change agent, building a culture of accountability and innovation

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

® 9 – 12 Years in Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement roles® Hands-on experience in shared services or BPO environments® Proven record of leading cultural transformation and capability building® Strong grasp of data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and stakeholder management® Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field® Exceptional communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
