We are hiring a dynamic General Manager – Marketing to lead sales & marketing for our premium apartments and villa projects in Hyderabad. The role requires strong expertise in real estate marketing, team leadership, and customer acquisition.
• Develop & execute marketing strategies (digital, print, outdoor, events).
• Drive lead generation and sales conversions & achieve revenue targets.
• Manage broker/channel partner networks & NRI investor relationships.
• Lead and motivate sales & marketing teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market insights for better positioning.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in real estate marketing & sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation & networking skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
